      Yeah same for me, I just set the races to have no restrictions. Much safer.

      With game version is comparable with this mod? I dont use steam or anything I read somewhere about some with similar problems and some 4GB exes folder helped, but I cannot find it in any if my tdu platinum versions, it is possible to get it somewhere? I tried some exe i founded here on turbo duck but it was no difference

      Hello, I got TDU1 working nicely on Win11 - did several races, only a couple nuisances: Force feedback does not work at all with Thrustmaster steering wheel. I tried installing G27 fix - no difference. At first I had difficulty setting up steering axis, but right now everything is mapped and working fine (after adjusting all sensitivities to the max) Quite sure the game does not recognize the steering wheel model, but don't remember if it should? No Radio. Does not work. and there is no music in the game at any point. (I can live with this) Game crashes if I plug in my USB handbrake - driver-less game controller device. (I can live without it as well) Thrustmaster H-shifter does work nicely. Currently as a standalone USB device, but connecting it through the wheel base did not help with USB Handbrake crash. I installed game from my licensed CD copy purchased around 2008 - I used to play this game A LOT back utill TDU2 came out. But did not have steering wheel back then. Any advice appreciated.

      I can report that TDU1 Platinum now works fine on Windows 11 as long as I use "TestDriveUnlimited.exe" to launch the game, after I did this fix for the "self-Alt-Tabbing" problem: Opened Windows 11 System ==> Sound settings Selected unused audio playback devices (Realtek Digital output) and chose "Don't Allow" to use this device for audio. Now I can actually run TDU1 in fullscreen (Borderless Windowed mode still crashes).

      the mediafire page doesn't allow the link for some reason, I don't know the reason..I'll post it somewhere else. I have one more tip on this page, you can find it = download tdu2 rs version. this is a full game version = 50 GB in size.

      Is it possible to create a separate mod to act as an update for TDU Platinum? It would be cool to see additional support for TDU platinum in terms of car expansion packs for newer cars.

Now I can actually run TDU1 in fullscreen and got the game working without Windowed mode which so far did not work so well This should be added to FAQ on how to get TDU1 running on modern PCs.

      okay. ik it will take a lot of time with my slow wi-fi, but i'll try. thank you also, what can i do to make sure nothing interferes my installation or corrupts my files (disable the windows security?) upd: it didnt help
