I was making textures which clouds look better and so far this version really amazes me. It looks very natural for such an old game. It has OEM clouds as a base, and a couple of good TDUPlatinum ones. 1. Install this mod first (This way the weather is always nice, sky is very blue and only certain clouds are used) I also recommend the Real water mod so in contrast with dark sea the clouds look really white. 2.
