hate to break it to ya buddy, but the Moller M400 Skycar is well over 10 years old, and in the entire life of the project they have only gotten it to do that hovering bit in the vid you posted, and even then only with a safety tether. To date Moller has only built one M400, the prototype.

He said old news to some. It may be 10 years old, but I hadn't seen it, so it was new news to me, and I'm sure it will be to a lot of other people.

And that Molley M400 is weird, looks pretty cool though. As far as being a new method of transportation though I'd rather have the Acabion GTBO as the future "now" car :p.
