A bit dark shadow maybe..? You can use the brush tool, and set opacity and flow to 25% ;)

The rims are from Hyundai Genesis Coupe. ;) I used the brush tool but forgot to set the opacity. Anyway, this is my final entry. :)

Photoshop CS4 ;) I use Tuning Car Studio for the painting and tinting as I`m not used to it in Photoshop.

Don't worry bout what I said in my 1st post about price and if you could post what version you have of CS3 or what ever program as there seems to be about 5 different verions. Thanks all.
