Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box HELP!!

i bought Burnout Paradise the Ultimate Box for PC, and installed it and the first patch, and the game crashes every time i open it, ive tryed reinstall more that once, any ideas, please i want to play it...

Which patch would that be: 1.0.0.1. or 1.1.0.0 ? If it's the first one, try applying the latter...

i think it called 1.1.0.1 or 1.0.0.1 (but i reinstalled 5 times, is the update not deletable?)

(it said that it added 15 new cars to the game)

If I remember correctly, original game was v.1.0.0.0., first patch was v.1.0.0.1 and the second, with new cars, v.1.1.0.0. I still haven't patched it with the new one so couldn't tell if it's something wrong with it...I don't play it online anyways (but I should...they say it's really great)

....like in any other game: reinstall the game and don't patch it this time..;)

i did, it still crashes, ive checked my systems, and everything is good enougf or better, any files that i need ot delete`????????

dont mind this anymore, it was: graphic settings, my vista codec and my videocard was not updates, sorry for unconvinience
