How to remove cpu drivers, offline mode?

does any1 kno how to remove cpu drivers in offline mode?, not the traffic cars, the crazy drivers who flash and horn for no reason, if any1 does kno how to remove it can u show me please? thx:confused:

I either blast past them at 200+mph or try to run them off the road, it's more fun with them in the game :D

but do u kno how to get rid of them permanently?

I don't know if you can do that, but if it's the Challenging that annoys you, you can turn it off in the Options somewhere.
