I think that what made the car so average looking was the lack of air takes maybe. Look at the old Mclaren and then look at the new one, shape is not really the problem but its the fact that its alot less detailed than the F1 making it look simple.

After a 2nd glance at this, I don't really like it, it doesn't excite me the way a Mclaren should. Any of F1s give a gut feeling when you see or hear one, this however doesn't do that for me. But it doesn't look to bad.

I think it looks really good but once again i want to slap the designers of it, not for the design, but for making the concept with the steering wheel on the bloody wrong side, if this was as in house as they claim then they should have it on the right considering that we drive on the left...

I think its because their going to show it at Frankfurt which use LHD cars.
