btrq files..?

Hi!

I want to edit the indicators in a car (Audi A6). Maybe some of you know what is the case - Speed indicator does not get slower after 100kmh.. I think that the data of this is stored in the .btrq file..

Could someone explain me how to open this file and edit this?

2-You have to ope it with notepad or other program

 

3-And the last : you have to understand very much that type of text because i thing thre are not many programs who can do that!
