Few questions about Mega Pack

So I'm planning on buying Mega Pack...

 

1. You know where to get it with cheapest price?

2. Do I get some serial to email or what?

3. Can I have mods installed before installing Mega Pack?

1: I believe it's all the same price on the net, give or take a pound or two.

2: Yeah, you get a serial via email once you purchase the product

3: I wouldn't advise it, but the megapack adds new cars and not overwrites old ones. I would do a fresh install of TDU before installing the megapack and/or backup all of your mods. Also note that any database changes (Be it physics *shudders* or name changing) will be overwritten
