No Wind - HDR

This little modification makes the wind speed to zero, the trees, bushes, electronic wires and anything else that reacts to wind will stay calm, no movement at all, the CPU don't have to calculate their spot all the time, saving some FPS for not so powerful computers. To make the procedure complete, remove the "Papers.bnk" and "Birds.bnk" files from the "...\Euro\Bnk\Details" folder, so no birds and litters/leafs will flying on the streets. The game won't crash without these files, so you can cut and backup or delete them at all.

 

Copypaste Weather_HDRI into "...\Euro\Bnk\FX" overwrite the existing and you're done.

Remember to backup your original file.
