People found Rockstar registering a few spoofsites, they found a resume of a stuntguy who's doing stuntproduction etc for GTA V (and also LA Noire and Max Payne 3....) as his resume said, it seems the contracts of some big GTA/R* people expire in 2012, and there has been no big new GTA since 2008, that makes it almost a necessity to announce a new GTA.
