Like Adam from Mythbusters would say: "Well, there's your problem!"

You didn't have to open a whole new topic regarding this problem. You could post this on Dredgy: TDU Performance Editor topic.

Not only that, you could find solution there very easily.

I really don't know what I'm missing here.

The trailing backslash.

Cya.

EDIT:

Forgot to add smiley. :D

************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Sorry for the big ass post but TDUPE just DOESNT want to work on my PC and i want to use it sooooooo much...

Hi.

I am a NFS SHIFT modder, I change interior materials, phisics, rideheight etc but in TDU I have problems with run this program ;( UGH

I read topics about TDUPE problems and I still don`t know whats going wrong with my TDUPE 2.77 (Database not found)

There is no good tutorial how to instal TDUPE for example:

instal game

instal 1.66A

instal megapack

instal 1.67d (but how? i must instal 1.67a, then b, c and D?)

What files I need? bnk map? car database file which I must download from internet? I must copy some files from TDUPE folder? where? UGH.

I read also that I must put "\" in the end of game directory BUT WHERE??? I turn on TDUPE click on SETTINGS - instalation directory and I have folders and files but I don`t have line where I can WRITE this mark - "\". I click on the files tree where I have installed game c\ blabla\euro\blabla\database, click OK, click SAVE CAR and error:/ I read somewhere that i must put directory in file "TDUeditor.exe.config"

<setting name="tdupath" serializeAs="String">

<value>C:\Program Files\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\</value>

and there:

<setting name="offlineMode" serializeAs="String">

<value>C:\Program Files\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\</value>

But it doesn`t work!

I have .net framework 3.5, windows XP

I must have GAME RUNNING?

I have a original game in Polish Version. Now I have installed game (without MEGAPACK), installed patch 1.66a, TDUPE.

What now? Please help me :(

Hi Pedro,

modders from other games are welcome and can always bring something new to us ;)

I'm sorry I can't help you more about TDUPE, sure you'll find more help on its own forum, as Dredgy seems not to give support here any longer.

But you'll find help about 1.68b patch right here. Try this part to get information and how-tos :

http://forum.tdu-central.com/forumdisplay.php?f=51

good luck :)

I install 1.68b after 1.66a. Run game -> Crash i thought because i forgot to install MEGAPACK.

So I removed 1.68b and I installed TDU megapack, than 1.68b ->but there is error

Current patch can`t be install :(. Maybe I must try to reinstal game an don`t forget about MEGAPACK.

Great job and vids!

I'm still playing SHIFT with awesome DLC to PC conversion pack btw :)

Back to topic,

* install TDU -> Megapack -> Patch 1.68B

if that does not install still, you have to send me the 2 log files you'll find in same folder as Patch_1.68B.exe.

* once solved , you may try TDUMT 1.15 and make a few changes on online compliant physics

(TDUMT and TDUPE do share the same modding library).

Hello, I have a problem with TDUPE. For no reason it changed one modded car to "Resource not found". For about 2 moths everything was OK, and now this. I have good Instalation directory, everything should be all right. I am not even able to change name of that car in any way. And because of this, I have a problem with TDUMT Vehicle Manager - it says: Index is out of range etc., so I have to use unmodded car names. But the game is working properly, and in-game is even used modded name. What should I do?

I have version 1.68b, Project Paradise mod and Windows 10.

Have you made a backup of your database before edit it?

TDU PE sometimes removes the last value of carphysicsdata, which makes that error.
