Up for another mini-mod again.. I'm having a new car style mod...NO PLATES!!:p I kinda sometimes like it without the plate. Well here you go!!

use the bnk tool and open common_car.bnk, then use my .2db files to replace the original ones. and that would be all. Simple, isn't it:D
