Convert Cars from NFS HS

I would like to build a new car for TDU. All i have is 3ds car model. So is there any tutorial or if not, could You please tell me step by step what i have to do to create a car ready to use in the game?

Well you'd need to convert that model into Zmodeler and then there would be a whole bunch of steps. Wait for a modder to post, since I'm not one.
