I wonder if it's possible to add all these cars in the dealerships and not to overight my existing cars.I mean that,for example,i want to have the Gallardo SE but i also want to have Superleggera.Can i do that?

No. It's not possible to add cars to TDU. You have to replace existing ones.

Don't the Bugatti Type 57c Atlantic and the Facel Vega lll use new slots somehow?

No. They replace the Default Car and the Default Bike, they don't use any new slots.

Those "slots" aren't used by the game in any way that allows you to drive the cars.

By installing those 2 specific car mods, you go from 143 drivable vehicles (134 cars and 9 bikes), to 145 drivable vehicles.
