Community Racing Game in the works?

Ian Bell, head of development at Slightly Mad Studios (the guys who helped with Shift 1 + 2), is toying with the idea of working with Sim Racers and community investors to build a new game.

In other news, following Shift 2's release, SMS did have plans with another unnamed company for another project, which has been canned before they started, resulting in some staff redundancies.

That is what I call a dev team,unlike our situation with eden they are listening costumers and doing stuff that people want/like.

No TDU mods there - mods for those sim games are a lot more popular I guess (and larger filesizes) so they need to limit it to 100mb downloads per person per day.
