What do you want to see happen with TDU2?

They should keep at it. Release a hardcore mode pack FREE of charge, then begin releasing both car and bike DLCs mixed (they would cost obviously).

 

They should also continue with the patches, bringing more racing and bug fixing.

Like I voted - all of the above. Although I don't care too much about cheaters that much.

 

Decent physics is what I want most, but if we could have atleast some of the other options, that'd be great. (fun game modes would be nice)

Improve the handling (no other way of saying it, even though I do feel it's okayish at the moment) and make bugfixes that won't solve 5 issues and create 5 new ones at the same time, like the Explorer pack did. Knowing (they must know) that that is what the community wants, I would do that first.

Then track down and do something about the cheaters and hackers, hit them where it hurts. They can, so I don't see why they won't, honestly.

Those are the major things in my opinion, after those and with a solid base to stand on, I would get my focus back on creating DLC and new features.

 

[e] PHOTOMODE! Would have a high priority for me as well. They actually did seem to fix it a bit with the Exploration Pack patch, then they broke it again with the patch to fix the Exploration Pack..

They definitely need to improve the carlist (not even more than one saloon? Really?), hit cheaters very hard (replace ALL their cars with Miamistangs, force a game restart, delete money, bans, etc.), and release a new HC mode. Also, bugfixes in DLC need to not add new bugs to replace them.

Yeah that makes more sense. But they'd still need to do something with the current handling, make it more basic and arcade-ish, I guess.

To be honest, it feels like they just... don't... get it. And they just don't care. So many of the gameplay features people want (where the majority of people agree on one feature, not one person wants one thing, etc.) are "not being considered". Also, judging from the FAQ answers, it seems like they are reluctant to do anything. Some of the answers seem like they'd be better off saying "No we don't care anymore" instead of "We are currently looking into it". I know their workforce has been destroyed, but the least they could do is show that they still care about the product.

 

Also, think about it. February 8th was when the game came out. Here we are on August 19/20, more than half a year later. What have they done?

It's tough to know who is saying "yes do this" or "no leave that" though. And honestly think of the past with Atari and look at the stupidity of some of the decisions they took and it makes me wonder if those exact same people are still in their jobs. And if this is the case why do the bosses keep leaving and these people don't get the sack instead!!!

You didn't spend a heck of a lot of time trying to get it working, though (although it took me many hours just to get the pedals working). Voted for handling and wheel support, naturally. We can make up our own games like we did in TDU1 as long as we can drive properly.

Before anything else.. Fix the dropout issues. How can you enjoy the MOOR trademark with poor server performance?

 

- Handling like everyone else says.

 

- More cars (obviously Lamborghini being one but if anything, Corvettes)

 

- Bring back some clothes from TDU

 

- Fix the horribly awful disgusting single outlet exhaust on the Mustang GT. Lazyness considering you use the same model for the GT as well as the V6 which isn't even available.

In addition to features that are in the range of possibility I'd like the old photomode back . I don't bloody care about colour levels just give us back the moveble camera position and forcal length. And a proper functioning PAUSE button please. And it'd be nice if they clear out some of the bugs out of a million of them.

I put all of the above, but The main things for me are...

 

More Cars: Some cars that are real no-brainers were missed out. VW Scirocco, Merc C63 & SL, Alfa Spyder(Old or new), Lotus Elise/Exige, McLaren , Ferrari F40, Chevy Corvette to name a few.

 

And More Money: the round the Island race Should give out a good pay! Million for Hawaii, 500K for Ibiza? I'm doing one race for 20K to cash(A A1 class race which is a hillclimb, easy but takes time)

 

Improved survers are also a big must!

- Improved sound effects (more precise: the engine sounds)

- More cars and bikes etc.

- Proper Wheel/Clutch support (more precise: proper force feedback)

- Strike cheaters/hackers hard

- Option "Collision off" for club races

- Fix multiple profile casino bug

- Option to paint/sticker ALL cars

nice suggestions there carlos , the sticker shop itself needs a reconstruction I think . It's very ancient, it'd be nice if it was a bit more user friendly.

I'm mainly looking at the core issues you feel need addressed to either keep you playing and supporting the game or if you haven't bought it yet, then what will get you to buy it. I know of many people who will not buy anything that's released for the game IF they don't see aspects of TDU return to TDU2 that made TDU great.
