How to pause Time of day?

    Can someone please help me pause the time of day permanently around 10am - 12noon? It always goes into afternioon sun setting after a while of playing.

     

    I have looked in the weather & weatherdesc files, but dont know exactly what I could charge to get the effect.

     

    please help, thanks.
