Yes, but, did you take the temperature forecast for the race and the temperature when you did your test runs into account? If it was cooler when you did your test runs it could throw off your tyre pressures and therefor gear ratios and brake balance too :nods:

 

I always try and match the temperature I do my tests in to the race forecast, or, slightly change my settings for what the race temp will be.

Ah ok. I usually try and do 2-3 runs the night before (if the forecast temp is the same as the race) at the time the race would be, then the remaining tests as late as I can before the actual race starts. Then I try and find a sweet spot using the results from the day before and the current ones.

Tried to increase the race meetings per week but there's no option for it, have asked in the forums.

 

However I now have the option to increase race length to 75% or 100% if everyone wants that. I'm happy with 50% personally.

 

If we were to do another race mid week what day would you pick (assuming it would be the same ToD as Sunday's race)?

Yeah the race length is good. And maybe Thursday for a second race per week
