forza motorsport 5 'Forzavista' trademarked by Microsoft [CVG]

On the 15th May Microsoft apparently registered 'Forzavista' as a trademark. Is it a sequel to Forza Horizon? Will it be shown tomorrow at the #XboxReveal? :think:

 

As spotted by Siliconera, the trademark is for "a feature of interactive video game software which allows players to obtain statistical information of internal and external features of a vehicle and to virtually navigate and operate those vehicles."

I don't think that they will show the successor for Forza Horizon tomorrow. I think/hope that they will show Forza Motorsport 5 tomorrow.:hmmm:

Remember...that feature that we all played with when we first got Horizon but forgot about a few days after?

You can get other words such as 'POWWWWWWER' as individual DLC.

The launch of the pack also has the TG website getting clogged with articles on how great Forza is....

 

Much like how they did when it was announced GT5 would have the TG track, and then again with F4.

Yeah but that's part of the agreement after all, I mean imagine how nice we would have to be about TDU2 if we were partnered with Atari. :eyebrow:

I take it as a feature in a game, not an actual name of an upcoming game. And I think rather PGR will be revealed at the #Xboxreveal event as it's always been the first racing game to come on X's IIRC. :hmmm:

 

Would love to see new Forza, though.

I concur. They've just renamed it for Forza 5. Which I'm sure we'll see tomorrow, it'll be a great launch title for the Infinity.

Vista is (besides an unloved Operating System) a great view - and there were many of these the largest open world driving game FUEL, which is what what would link it better to Horizon than Motorsport. Still a brave call for Microsoft to call something Vista again :lol:

 

Perhaps one game will feature both closed circuit and open world... remember the rumours that GT6 would do this?
