But we already know how to share PS4 games...

... well, maybe. But the American version of the PlayStation website has decided to post a more elaborate list of Frequently Asked Questions that addresses digital sharing, a subject that Microsoft is probably keenly interested in perusing.

You can find the FAQ here.

Will PS3 peripherals such as fighting sticks and steering wheels work with PS4?

Generally speaking, no. However, at launch, users will be able to use these controllers if a specific game title allows it to be used within the game. This decision is upon the game developer and will vary from game to game.

erm, what?

I hope they can confirm/deny support specifically for the existing Logitech/Fanatec/Thrustmaster wheels though... their current statement is a bit vague, since there are numerous specialist 3rd party controllers (Buzz, swords, etc) that we would expect not to work with any old game.

Some information on the PS4 status LED:

BLUE: The system is powering on.

WHITE: The system is on and happily connected to a TV.

ORANGE: The system is in standby mode. Plugged controllers will be charged.

RED: The system is overheating.

PEANUT-BUTTER COLOR: There is peanut butter on your PS4's status light. Better clean that off.

NO COLOR: The system is powered off. Your controller will not charge
