Ok indeed, if there's a difference between resources in different languages, TDUMT can't ever detect them.

But there's a chance TDUF can. It would have to be tested one of these days :)

 

The issue is that DB_FR is just a copy of included DB_US file for now , so the files are not compatible with all installers. It would be better that DB_FR (and any additional language) files to be updated also. That's a lot of work, maybe it will be ok for release.

That's the same issue people are used to encounter by using TDU Gold Version (east european), there's an abnormality in resource files... even if they look right on the outside, they don't have correct file names into BNKs. Thus, the tools are lost!

I dont see that original modder wrote that its forbidden to change without permission, but i think its common sense to ask for it.

tsuka ,i guess you understand something that other dont ,i got all the cars now exept bently cadillac 16n and the triumph bike ,whithout reinstalling every thing ,since i can not find my original tdu disc ,i am very happy whith that ,you should do the installer so we can keep our already install cars physics and camera may be?....and yes i guess you have to ask the owner of that megapack , permission ...but since you fix it you should work together ....anyway thanks ...

There is no problem with cars,problem is with Database it self , a lot of old mods are using those "dead slot" files , for example Zoqqer's P1 is using MX5 rims etc , and the biggest problem is TDUPE database meaning rims , hud etc , thanks to Djey we now have updated databases for modding tools and car database for TDUPE.Believe me ppl don't care about the cars in this megapack , well i'll speak for my self i care only for the new slots.

Next version will fix Bentley and Supra issue, and also update the Supra mod because Combat released a new version.

That update sorted all my problems :) I can use any installers and names in TDUPE works perfectly. Thanks a lot !

 

Thanks also to civicman for his TDUPE update with the possibility to use his megapack's HUD. I can use the LaFerrari HUD with the F12 Berlinetta now :)

You need the TDU Modding Tools vehiclesslots.xml updates by JPTH. Download it at TDUMT 1.16.2 pages. I've post a link in this thread page 5 or 6.

Little bug I found: There is no HUD in Bnk/FrontEnd/HiRes/Gauges for the Mustang Boss 302

Easy to fix, just copy any HUD you like into that folder and rename it like that: "Mustang"

 

@ Koval, could you explain a bit more your problem ? Can you see it in TDUPE or TDUMT ? Can you drive the car ingame ?

I have one problem. I can´t see and drive the Triupht bike and the Bentley Continental. And It doesn´t appear the Cadillac. I put the fix but it continues. Someone has the same problem??

I had the problem to i just downloaded the bentley then renamed the bnks to the one in the readme file. And then it will work perfect! Its a simple fix.

also my aston martin wad invicible but after i fixed the bentley it showed up so i think it fix all missing cars..

its ok tub ,i find it under the chrysler crossfire slot ,in tdumt ...may be civicman could releise a directory to where the cars are ,some are under their names but other are not...in tdump every thing is under their own names...

Are you sure the language in TDUMT is set to "US" ? Same for TDUPE ?

well my tdumt and tdupe are in english ,so it should be...us on both ,,.....other thing i see on the offline that all the cars appear now in a race ,may be try to put more class and race ,there are so much all kind of cars in my game they dont always fit whith the others in only 7 class of cars ....just asking...

lol,yes everything is at its place for my taste ,just an example ,on class g i have old corvettes ,camaro 70,trans am ,etc and on the ones that didnt appear,i have the vipers and c6 and db9 etc muchfaster car in whitch i race some times against the older ones ,but now they are all there toghetter and not sure if i like it ,and all my other class are full and also whith that kind of situation.... you have to understand that i prefer older cars ...lol...

Are there any other bugs that I'm missing? I've fixed the Supra, Bentley and Mustang HUD but just wanted to know if there's anything else that could be worked on.

Well i seen meny players on the map that have been complaining abaut zoqqers mods, bec of that COCK_LR dummy bug (the flying body that only apers wenn other ppl drive the same car)

but thats a part that only zoqqer can fix.

Today i've spent the day taking a fine look at this, and i ended up fixing a few things.

 

- Correcting ride heights

- Correcting car colors

- Correcting cameras

- Replacing a few models.

- Added the Bentley

 

 

I want to release it to you guys, but there are a few things:

 

1. I don't know what exactly files i have to upload in order to you guys get the colors, performance and cameras updated.

2. You guys must have a clean TDU, otherwise all your custom physics will be lost.

3. You guys will have to download and manually install the replaced models.

4. Or i can make a .rar with the necessary files to replace the cars, with the file name changed and etc.

 

 

I've replaced a few mods because:

 

- Couldn't find a good camera set for it

- Updated model with better quality

- Few personal preferences (Diablo SV and Viper GTS)

 

 

 

List of replaced models:

 

Combat's Bentley got manually added.

Carrera GT is now Norby's RUF CTR2

Viper GTS got it's stripe removed. (It had smoothed borders, so, i just put the no-stripe version)

Diablo SV is now Tool's Diablo SV. (I know, the interior is inacurate, but it has the SV over the doors! And the camera is good)

Supra got updated with Combat's recent Supra pack (Stock version)

300ZX is now Combat's 240SX. (Couldn't find and work with the camera on this, had to replace)

Corvette C7 is now PHT's C7. (Better quality and double color choice)

 

All the other vehicles had few fixes on camera, suspension and colors.
