Bug: Disallow ingame profile logins as long as web account not activated

Hi @redd. I think my headline rolls right up, what seems giving users in here headaches the most. Everything else is simply repairing db inconsitiencies.

Noone could know beforehand what e-mail domains were to be delivered. And noone knows which of those will be after a few weeks. It will remain trial and error.

This was fixed in a patch that went out March 2021 alongside several Profile related fixes.
