Chunk of map randomly missing

I was doing this race for the A5 championship when I noticed the finish line is at this chunk of map that didn't have any collision, causing me to fall through and unable to finish the race.

Any idea what causes this? (I have the game unpacked with unofficial patch, and the hawaii summer mod installed (as well a couple other mods, but I don't think they edit the map))

This is a road problems. Update roads with the new roads project.
