How to upload mod

This is where my TDU 2 is what to I need to get upto date and playable ???

this is where my game is at, PC was put away in attic to concentrate on my Daughter who was 6 month's at the time.

her safety took priority. so computer was packed and put away. and its been there since (late 2012) till about a month

ago when I saw it, Id forgotten it till then. it was a good one too, i7 devils canyon processor, on a MSI Z97 Gaming 3

32Gb hyper X 1866, DDR3 one of the first R9-370 4Gb and 128Gb gigabyte M.2 ssd mk1..

I intended to dismantle and sell as its old, and was windows 7 x64 no service packs .

but I remembered I had my TDU 2 on it .. this is where its at, now what do I need to make it playable.

the wreck detector doesn't work and there are wrecks missing only found 4 of the 10 beetle and same for buggy...

last update online was 2012 09 21 ( wow) just before I put it away.
