When I did my Oahu Raceway drift video I set up my digitalcamera on a tripod, recorded a video and then edited it in Windows Movie Maker. You can also use a TV card, but I know nothing about TV cards, so I'll keep my mouth shut about that. :)

I use my archos mp4 player and run the xbox thogh its docking station though if you don't have the player to start with thats an expensive way of doing it.

tv cards are the easiest to use

Several ways to record:

TV Tuner card

Filming the screen (poor quality)

HDD and/or DVD recorder

Someone mentioned an MP4 player

I know some TVs these days come with memory card slots
