I always wonder what most people use for TDU.

 

On the Atari TDU Europe Forums, people who have G25's are refered as SMUG G25 Owners. LOL

I used a MOMO until the other day (Bottom broke off), so I bought a G25 off ebay for $255 AUD, and it will be here Tuesday :D

I use a controller because my MOMO is broken from too much sim racing. Also the game was designed to work with a controller so it's impossible to get a good setup for the MOMO. But I know the G25 works well so I may have to save up for one. ;)

Wasn't gonna spend loads of money on a wheel, risking whether I would use it or not, considering getting one now though =)

I was happy with my Joytech Nitro wheel until it decided to break in almost every way imaginable. Think the steering wheel mis-aligning, paddles breaking off and IT deciding when I push the buttons on it. Now I'm stuck with the keyboard. Not as bad as you initially think.

Keyboard. Though I'm saving up for a MOMO. G25 is a tad too expensive for me to be able to consider it. Maybe when the price goes down.

I am a proud G25 owner, got it for $166 us on tigerdirect when they were having a one day bundle sale. It can with Need For Speed Carbon which I later sold for full price of 50 buck at Ebgames cause it can straight for EA.

I use my keyboard for almost all my games & i'm good at it. I frequently out drift other members of my Just cruisin car club lol

I have a Driving Force Pro, but I havent used it in TDU yet. I use the keyboard, which isnt useless. I've been using a keyboard to play PC racing games for years, and I'm quite good at it.

use a PS2 controller with a Logic3 adapter for the USB :) works wonders

Just thought I'd add that although I use a PS2 controller, I used the keyboard for a long time and its not useless, it got me to Champian Rank quite easily so it does work, it's just not what I prefer :)
