WTF is wrong?

Ok, attached are the messages I got when I tried to start up TDU:

 

Can anybody tell me what's wrong?

 

(I tried playing last night, but it was taking too long to connect to the servers, and my parents wanted me off the com, so I closed the game via the task manager. Could that be the problem?)

Delete your cdkey found in this location C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Test Drive Unlimited. Then it will ask for you to put your cdkey back in when you re-start TDU. But I'd do a reboot before your start TDU again. This should work.
