My gamepad is a Blazepro Cyclone. My problem with it is that I feel as if i'm not flooring the gas and the it takes forever to slow down when using the brakes.

 

Are there settings I haven't configured?

nope some cars are like that - konigsegg (hate that car) takes for ever to stop and spins out when over revved far to easy. just keep praticing fella...

 

UNLESS your joypad has a profiler, might have some sliders to adjust for the analouge pressure, etc...
