Why is there a C1 corvette racing alongside modern cars like that 1 series Bimmer and Concept Toyota?

It's the Art Morrison. All cars are running at the same 543 BHP with min weight and max PP limits so they're different but even. Tuning is allowed for all cars besides the FT1 as well. I picked the BMW without trying any of them just because it looked the most normal and fun to drive.
