From what I been reading it was released as a "Soft" release, which means it was released without much publicity. Lets face it its just every single DLC forza has ever released with only what 7 new cars in it. (Excluding: LFA, CCX, SLS)

 

So it doesn't really need that much attention. From what I also know its released in europe, America. Australia hasn't had any info on it, so I imported my copy from the UK.
