make sure it's un blocked in windows firewall and make sure you are in a online profile.

Hey! I was having the same issue and found a fix. I don't know if it's related to PP, but here's what you have to do: Get the IGE.zip file from this drive folder i found on reddit (u/LordKalvaire) and put all the contents into GameFolder\Euro\Bnk\IGE (You might have to create that folder first). Now start the game and the solo race should load with all the details. Cheers
