If the problem was with Platinum mod, your game would not really start at all. So, i don't know... I would suggest to re-install the game, and follow the mod installation video in the main page of Platinum's thread.

v1.09 is out, and it fixes that F430 kit 2 issue, alongside with improved handling for bikes.

At the moment no, it won't. Mostly because it might get heavier for weak computer and also, because there are no real up-to-date traffic car mods, unless you want everyone driving a Supra around. :lol:
