Hi, late reply, but for now .xmb files are not moddable. As file format has not been reversed yet... That's doable by a motivated fellow, comfortable with hex editing and TDU mechanics. But that would not be worth the time spend on it, as all sound mods (and most brilliant ones) have been achieved without modding this file. Just taking existing one (TDU has plenty of those already) and working around wav files did the trick.1 point
