    This is also posted at youtube: Wow that was incredible guys, honestly that was a well thought out, executed and put together video. It flowed smoothly, the music was exciting and the scenes matched with it perfectly. Great to see the Mafia being put to good to use on the PC also. Fantastic work guys, really ! Thanks for spreading the name of TDUcentral, really really appreciate it and let's hope with the patch coming Monday that this game will get the community it deserves ! 5*

    Polyphony Digital are an inhouse Sony developer meaning they are essentially Sony, just like Turn 10 is an inhouse developer of Microsoft Gaming Studios. You would only ever see these 2 on the PC maybe never each others consoles, though imagine Forza & GT as the one game.

    The pitcrew and Xanavi 350Z is CGI but after that it's ingame from the replay mode and you know GT has always used it's game engine for replays with little effects like motion blur and depth of field. That was GT5 and yes there was 8 cars also and yes it will be online and we will get a taster of it the end of this year with GT5 Prologue. Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport are now having to outdo each other and that can only mean good things for us ! [Higher Quality stream as well as HD download link]

    Just a note: The server hasn't had it's anti-cheat detection enabled yet.

    Notice what the actual filename says deploytest and the A after the version number, it's not a finalised patch, it was for internal testing of downloading from FTP and testing it is not a final version. If you decide to use it please note you do so at your own risk and also direct from Atari themselves it will probably result in the inability of online play. As I said, what you choose to do is on you, you have no comeback on Atari or Eden if any trouble happens with your system due to it.

    A = Alpha so not a final version, none of the files that have been leaked are recommended for install as it will probably result in no online play plus a possible banning.

    The actual patch will be between 20-30Mb.

    There was a leak of a test patch recently that if you should find you should not install it, I repeat NOT INSTALL IT as it will not allow you to connect online and it is not a FINAL version. If you decide to try to do this you will not be able to connect online and may even run the risk of being banned so don't try it. Also note if any corruption or any failure to your system should occur you have no come back for this. The filename to look for is: TDU_Patch_1.64A_deploytest_20070706_10_32.exe Note the deploytest section and also the filesize is only 16.6Mb. Thank-you.

    Yes people, S7ING3R has finally accepted the position with a little persuasion after we kidnapped and made him play NFS Carbon over and over he finally submitted and took the position.     Mid-late June. It is coming so don't worry. You may want to have a read of the Atari Banning Cheats thread though as the patch will have a form of anti-cheat in it that will check that all original files remain EXCEPT for videos and radio stations.

    I know I said I would stay away but I had to post that The_Mole has confirmed that PC Patch #1 is on course for it's May 2007 release, more info next week. All info is in the first post, now back to work me goes !
