Still going well bud, and sounds better than ever. Couldn't tell you Cal, however I can tell you it's fully adjustable and pretty and shiny and stuff. The rear is original (not bad for 21 years) but the fronts were replaced with KYB shocks after an incident with some ice, a curb, and a flower bed. Couple of years after the KYBs went in they had to be replaced with originals for MOT. Ironically the second hand original shocks were completely useless - as in bottoms out over a speed bump at 30mph kind of useless. And so it was decided we might as well just stick some good stuff in all round.

All I could get for now, and the car was cold so it's only low RPMs. Once we get it back next with the new suspension fitted I'll get something better.

Well I didn't have £72 (!!!!!) to throw about :( I'll get a thread up for my exciting 206 soon, I'm sending it off for servicing, fixing and MOT-ing next week or the week after while I wait for my licence.

Exhaust tomorrow hopefully or Friday, suspension and radiator on Monday. And don't worry it's got a silencer so it shouldn't sound yobbish or stupidly loud (I'm looking at you Type R with 3" straight-through) :p And the application form is ready to be sent off, just need to get some pics of my beautiful face. :nods:

Time for a wee bump. 4 years and 10,000 miles later the Celica is finally getting some pretty things: HKS Hi-Power (3" front to back, 4"? tip) BC Racing suspension all round: Shiny aluminium radiator and new hoses: I'm many excites. Coming soon: wheel refurbishment (again but properly), new seats, possibly a new intake, eventually a respray.

Those are killer pics, especially the NSX shot. To adjust the spoiler you: - Go to Garage>Tune Car or go for a drive and open the Menu>Cars>Tune Car - Scroll to the far right 'Aerodynamics' (I think it's called) - Adjust :p

Yup I started out on 30FPS (really Forza, I've got a 970!!) and it was hilariously bad. Like you turn the wheel then 30 seconds the wheels actually turn. :fp:

Aren't the servers cross-platform? :hmmm: Also have you guys found anywhere good for a meeting point yet? I'm still yet to play much since PC annoyed me and Xbox is taking ages to download :lol:

My issues so far: Wheel support is pretty bad. I managed to get 900 degrees and adjust the linearity a bit but even still there's noticeable input lag, it doesn't feel very true to my inputs, and the FFB is practically non-existent. There are different controller profiles for most commonly used wheels including my G27 however when I select the profile I'm told it's not supported by my current controller.... erm.... Graphics - my PC is surely more powerful than my xbox, and yes I'm getting 60FPS (now that I've changed the FPS limit from 30) but it looks rubbish in comparison. It's strangely dark, and there doesn't seem to be any way to adjust that. I'll fiddle with the settings some more and see what I can get without dropping performance but I don't have high hopes. Overall it just feels like a bad Xbox port. It was not ready for release. They should have delayed it like EA did with NFS' PC release.
