  1. Is there any way to open up more slots for the Gallardo gauges??? Because it really sucks to only be able to have one gauge choice for all 4 versions of the car.
  2. The idle is great, and the sounds up to 6000 are good, but after 6000 it doesn't sound like the same car anymore.
  3. I think someone's been watching a little too much Wangan Midnight..... There's actually an EXTREMELY highly detailed model done of a 240-Z that was converted for GTA-SA, but it's not the regular Z, it's the ZG version, the long nose version. Personally I like the short-nose regular version, I used to own a 260-Z. It's 110,000+ polys though, so in it's untouched form might crash TDU. It's got a full engine and suspension which could be deleted to save polys, plus part of the 110K+ count was a full set of RS Watanabe rims and tires, so that could bring the count down of the car itself as well.
  4. Just rename the files to whatever car you want to replace.
  5. You probably need DJey's Magic Map. And the Bugatti Veyron works better on the Chrysler ME-412, and use Reilss' sound for it.
  6. I second this request. We need a Carrera GT sound mod that works for the higher revving cars like the Farboud and the Edonis.
  7. If you don't want that watermark on your vids, use Xvid4PSP instead, it's totally free, no watermark, no text, and works for tons of video types.
  8. Just an FYI to Brazzuca, all of your gauge mods are showing up on Russian sites without your name on them.
  9. I put it on the RTurbo because that's where I had the other version of the car. I zoomed all the way in on that spot and didn't see anything so I just dismissed it. I like the RT-12 so that one's not getting changed anytime soon, the RGT has the new version of the Porsche GT2-CS by RacersHardware, and the RK Spyder is the Veilside Silvia S-15.
  10. Just noticed, the exhaust smoke is missing when you start the car, same thing with the R-32 GTs-T as well.
  11. I don't have the paint bug. For those that do, are you still running the old 1.66a patch with the bling mod??? If so, that might be the problem, install the 1.67d Community patch and see if that helps. Dude, even I wouldn't have pointed out the "bug" you did, I zoomed all the way in on those spots in photo mode, and there is no bug there that's anywhere NEAR noticeable when driving the car.
  12. He's got Carrera GT rims on the back, and GT3-RS rims on the front.... And what's the circle near the license plate for??? I've seen that kind of thing on a few mods now, sometimes different shapes.
  13. I'll be sticking with the R34 cam for the R32 because I drive hood view most of the time. The Diablo cam for the Silvia is ALOT better than the 350-Z cam, that one's a permanent change. I'll stick with my original IK choice though because the Ascari IK has the hands ghosting through the steering wheel.
  14. You just did a beta version of it and you're saying it's not possible??? Way to have confidence in yourself dude.... Follow any box-modeling tutorial (the technique most commonly used for car modeling) and you'll find that the blueprints are only used to get the initial shape of the car and various parts on the car. The finalized shape comes from tweaking the base shape to match the reference images from all angles that were collected before the project was started. You'll get far more info from reference photos than you ever will from a blueprint.
  15. I never liked the Countach in Yellow.....it's just.....wrong.....
  16. Just rename the files to put the car where ever you want. Bodyswapping is brought up in nearly every release topic.
  17. Nope, you can't do that, all three "versions" of the Nismo 350-Z use the same model. ------------------ Gold Nismo rims on the Tuscan S.
  18. I've been doing the same thing, so far the F430 IK works the best, with the Mustang GT Cam+IK set in second place. And since the GTs-T is RWD only, I'll probably use it to replace the Tuscan. Also, I haven't tested this on other cars, but when the windows are down on the Tuscan, the glass ghosts through the doors. And not a bug, just weird, on the cars I've replaced that keep the windows closed while driving, this Skyline seems extremely quiet, like the engine noise in driver's view is muffled alot more than other mods.
  19. The NFS interiors have always sucked because the games haven't had an interior view since NFS 2. The exterior models from Carbon are decent quality.
  20. The transitions between RPM levels (in the samples) sounds like three different cars at three different volume levels. Plus it sounds like you need an analog controller, the 100% full throttle from the keyboard press doesn't sound good.
  21. I'm currently using the Noble M-14 for that one. I'll have to test more cams for this one, the M-14 cam only works well with the seat position fully back and down. I'll look for something that works better. Edit 2: I tested 17 cams and stopped because I don't think the three best ones could get any better.... The Ferrari F430 Coupe, the Countach, and the Diablo GT cams all centered the steering wheel almost exactly. The Diablo cam has the steering wheel sitting a little lower than the other two, but has the better hood cam of the three.
  22. There's a problem with body swapping onto the Farboud when the car is originally set up for something like the Murcielago, the Ride Height is too low. The Farboud is the closest performance match for the Diablo SV, it's only 1mph different in top speed, and 1 tenth of a second different in 0-60 times, and if I remember correctly it's about the same for 0-100.
  23. Looks like you need some sort of controller for your PC that has analog for the gas and brakes. If you've got a PS-2 controller, you can use that on your PC with a USB adapter. Google the Trio-Linker Plus II.
  24. There's at least 3 things that determine rim size... 1. The car model itself. 2. The slot the car model is in. 3. The rim model itself. You'd have to change all of those things in order to get what you want.
