  1. Problem: I've put Grin116s Ferrari 250 GT on the Chrysler Crossfire Roadster and I don't want a Ferrari with Chrysler rims or a Chrysler with Ferrari rims. I know that the unused rim files (like Mazda) can be used for this so the car would use different rim files, but how?
  2. 70. So you can do this: http://images.ucomics.com/comics/ga/1981/ga810719.gif
  3. @VanquishHH: The final drive ratio can be found here: http://www.globalcar.com/datasheet/AstonMartin/1998_Aston_Martin_Vantage_600.htm The gear ratios were harder to find but http://www.autozine.org/Classiccar/html/Aston/Vantage.html says that it used the gearbox from the Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 and on http://www.zfdoc.com/techinfo.htm you can find the gear ratios.
  4. @RedCarDriver: I was already aware of this facts but wasn't able to get them across, so thank you for outlining them.
  5. @Shy Guy: Correct, and I suggested to move that into "Straight Line Performance". OK, faster is indeed not always better, so I'd say that a tip that "Drag" is one of the values that override "Top Speed" is enough.
  6. You have to make a race with the editor in TDU and save it. Then TDU will create the "IGE"-folder in the folder of your savegame.
  7. @dredgy: Can you put "Drag" into "Straight Line Performance" in the next version of TDUPE? I made some tests and "Drag" seems to be one of the values that limit the top speed of a car. You could also make a tooltip that less drag is better because a smaller value means that the car can reach a higher speed before the drag (or air resistance) gets too high for the engine.
  8. It's a mod. You can use it to replace a car you don't like. Just change the name of the files and put them in the appropriate folder.
