Today i've spent the day taking a fine look at this, and i ended up fixing a few things.

    - Correcting ride heights
    - Correcting car colors
    - Correcting cameras
    - Replacing a few models.
    - Added the Bentley

I want to release it to you guys, but there are a few things:

    1. I don't know what exactly files i have to upload in order to you guys get the colors, performance and cameras updated.
    2. You guys must have a clean TDU, otherwise all your custom physics will be lost.
    3. You guys will have to download and manually install the replaced models.
    4. Or i can make a .rar with the necessary files to replace the cars, with the file name changed and etc.

I've replaced a few mods because:

    - Couldn't find a good camera set for it
    - Updated model with better quality
    - Few personal preferences (Diablo SV and Viper GTS)

    List of replaced models:

    Combat's Bentley got manually added.
Carrera GT is now Norby's RUF CTR2
Viper GTS got it's stripe removed. (It had smoothed borders, so, i just put the no-stripe version)
Diablo SV is now Tool's Diablo SV. (I know, the interior is inacurate, but it has the SV over the doors! And the camera is good)
Supra got updated with Combat's recent Supra pack (Stock version)
300ZX is now Combat's 240SX. (Couldn't find and work with the camera on this, had to replace)
Corvette C7 is now PHT's C7. (Better quality and double color choice)

All the other vehicles had few fixes on camera, suspension and colors.

    Who's interested? :D

    Is this any better?

To do this is quite simple, just edit the Ride Height (Max) of the front to 205mm using TDUMT

Yes, in the file I'll be including a text that shows what file names correspond to what car slot, for example:

    Ferrari F50

    Body: F50
    Sound: F50_audio
Rims: F50_F_01 (Ferrari) <- bracket indicates rim folder
    HUD: F50

Also included separately in release I'll include updated xml and cardata.mdb files for TDUMT and TDUPE respectively as they lack the data for some of the slots.

I'm not sure if mod progress updates override double posting rules but I've got a bit more updates regarding tuning packs

Mercedes-Benz C63 Black Series, if you remember there was an early wip pic of it showing stage 2, its now fixed.

It seems to be easy to add tuning packs to all cars lacking one, as of now, some cars in pack have one already (RX8 and Diablo SV for example) while others don't like this C63. I'm not sure if I'll add car packs in initial release because I'd rather finish this off faster and start experimenting adding brand new car slots. :)

Finished most of the cars, only Toyota Supra, GT86 and Porsche left then assigning HUD and final adjustments. Hopefully first release can be sometime next week. :)

I am enjoying reading that from you as I remenber how you took my Bugatti Atlantic for convert to TDU2 without asking for permission :D

Don't be offensed, I am not complaining, it's not against you personnally and the Atlantic look very good on TDU2 from the picture I've seen but how can you ask for agreement when yourself, you don't ask for others? :D

As I think you are a kind guy and as I like Ukrain community, don't mind for that and let's follow this thread in the good mood ;)

    Thanks for the responses. :)

Here are more progress pictures, all slots are currently unlocked and right now I'm assigning rims, HUDs, colors and adjusting driving physics.

I think new car slots shouldn't be too difficult, I'm thinking of copying an existing slot and pasting it on a new reference number and then assign its own bnk files and physics. The only problem is when other players see the car online the game might crash? I'll have a try after I finish this but maybe we have to make new slots as a mandatory patch to go online to prevent game crashes(is this even possible?)

Some slots are active but share models with eachother like Alfa GT Tuning Kit, 350Z Nismo and Saleen S281. Now they all have their own .bnk files

    Brilliant.

Yeah, the quick solution is to make all these dead slots alive again with default models, sounds and rims; everyone would have to install any 3d model of their choice on it and adjust physics (when needed) :)

Yes and no, new car slots, but already existed in the game - at a disabled state :D

It may be possible to add brand new slots by the way.

Jstickboy13...... from GT Planet posted this today:

Lastest update of GT5 was 107Mb, which was a bit larger than it should, since they fixed a few things and did "not" add anything.

To me, it seems VERY legit, but that license plate... :hmmm: What you guys think about it?

It's a 1:24 scale Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3, by Motormax, and way better than I thought it would be. Then again, it was only 20 bucks, so there is a lacking of detail, especially in the interior and the wheels. But still, it looks great... from far away. :D

Revan174 reacted to DJoyTinnio in [PC] Convert your online profile to offline tutorial
    Here is the solution:

Get any hex editor from the internet. Copy your online profile before that because what you are about to do could go wrong. Now you start hex editor. Go to tools , then choose file comparison.

The program now needs you to confirm the 14 days trial version in some cases. In my case it was for free so i did it. Window comes up with 2 file directories to be selected. The one at the top is your source, playersave 1 file in your online profile, the one below is the destination/aim playersave 1 file in a newly created offline profile, you can call it the same name like your online one. If you want to do so, you'll have to delete your online profile first. Think of backuping all your pictures, music and bookmarks from your online savegame before doing so. You'll have to buy the first flat in the game and do the first race so it gets saved in your save game folder. Make a backup of it.

If you have chosen the 2 directories click ok. The program now shows your online profile above the new offline one. There are many numbers. Click on the first number of your source so that the window at the top gets chosen. Then click edit then press go to offset. Type in 50. This will set the cursor in the file window to the 50th position in them numbers. Read the numbers just like written text while counting them to make sure there are 50 before the cursor.

Now click and hold the cursor and drag a frame around all other numbers in the window. Just like you select more than one folder in windows. Make sure there are still 50 numbers before the selected frame. Now right click on the first number in the frame and select copy. Then you go to your destination window and select a frame just the same way like before in the source. Again right click on the first number of the frame, select paste. Then go to file and press save or save all.

Now you go to your new offline profile savegame folder and copy all files from playersave 1 folder into your playersave 2 folder and replace all existing files while doing so. Now your offline profile should have all the progress of your online one. Including flats, your money, cars, their paint, mileage, the look of your character, everything. I am not responsible if it doesn't work for you, which if so doesn't matter because you sure did the backup copy before, like i told you. :-)

I was so happy to not have lost all the 56 cars, especially my 46 000 km f430 and my character. Nice deeeeeey , hehe. Tinnio

So I haven't been on the forums to make mods in a while, but I always love checking out the showroom page. I figured I might contribute to it with my new car, My 2000 Ford Mustang GT. Its a 5 speed with a short throw shifter, and a stage 1 clutch, and slp loudmouth exhaust with a catted x-pipe. Needless to say I love it.:D
