I know that this is not the right place for posting this but, I have been trying to edit the McLaren F1 (Ferrari F1 mod) and have been so far unable to put the actual 18000rpm as an F1 would, instead the rpm revs until 9054rpm and at 64km/h as 1st gear and gets stuck until you change gears yourself!!:confused: P.S. Does anyone know the actual gear ratio of the 7 speed gearbox of an F1 coz I think none exists in the internet (confidential i think), and if someone can help me make one please....:bow:

I did the same!!!:D but the bug was that I can't get into the races at all, BUT, reinstalling the game again and THEN, putting the Database folder (where the mod was) back just works like a charm!!!:excited:

I agree to the point that modding physics is good if someone wants "realism" because that is what simulations are for (recreating reality in a "controlled" environment). And to always enjoy a car that you would feel keen to drive everytime, especially the ones you like the most!!! The F1 mod for example, or the "Offroad" 4WD mods handling as they should (suspension and traction wise) I think it is a great idea to do so... (besides TDU 2 is coming:twisted:)

Best camera position as well as IK when I tried the car out, the camera and the IK (for both vanquish and Ascari) were a "little bit wrong-ish" for me so I reckon that I try a few swapping and came out with this: Camera swap Aston Martin Vanquish Coupe IK swap Audi TT Quattrosport You just have to lower your camera and position to your desired view in-dash!:) Try it out! P.S. the engine can't be seen inside:cheeky: Also MEGA THANKS to Tool for this sweet as mod!! Cheers!!

To be honest.. I just got TDU last October(2009) so I am still enjoying lots of it and play about 3-5 hours about 3 or 4 times a week and the mods just keep getting better, especially the reventon by tool, and the new sounds, huds and driving physics(modded ones of course)!! But i don't have an online account and may not be able to get one(pre-paid broadband) but still I love to play it very much!!:thumbsup:

I think it wouldn't just be me who would say this, but on behalf of everyone who have downloaded your mod we say a BIG, BIG THANK YOU!! We know how difficult it is to make a mod and it is very easy to complain and point at some things someone may not like or want to change etc, etc.. And I honestly apologize on behalf of them as well mate (including me). But their questions are very honest and was not meant to cause you any stress(and i somehow know you are not):) I for one could not make mods myself nor have a good grasp of the computer (like programming and such) so take it from my perspective that maybe some people don't have as much of an idea as you have of how "things" can be or could not be done... :pcpunch: take it easy mate.

stays in fog at start of game everytime well done for this awesome mod, but, everytime i play or launch the game the weather is always in fog even though I've already experienced night time and saved it(quit the game) but when I open up the game again (without restarting computer) i still have fog again?:confused:

(a stab in the dark this one) I think it is a Ferrari 599 GTB HGTS!!:confused: but the spoiler at the back looks similar to a Nissan GTR and the back of the car points out more on the side of being a Nissan GTR.... but why a Nissan GTR? so i would say a Ferrari 599 GTB HGTS!!!

hey... that is a small nissan gtr or just a compressed image:bgroove: but either way it looks good!!! i've seen one in real life coz i worked part time in a petrol station so ive seen quite a few supercars and even have had the privilege to touch some (as well as drool on its pure beauty....:drool:)
