  1. You certainly are choosing the right OS, then. Of the two flagships, I would go with a Nokia Lumia 920. The Lumia's camera is better than the HTC's (8.7MP with PureView, which helps massively with clarity), the audio quality is going to be the same, and the build quality is brilliant. That video is with the Lumia 900, but the 920 has the same build quality and a nearly identical body.

  2. I can see some benefit to keeping the standard cars. They're good for AI in races to use since they use less resources and you don't need to see the AI's interior very well. Also, with people demanding the latest and greatest cars like the Tesla Model S, it may be better to work on things like that and update popular standard cars like the Alpine A110, rather than binning them all. At the very least, there's still measurable demand for the standard cars by looking at their purchases and use stats, so they can determine if it's better to work on a standard or something new.

  3. If the passes cut down on torrented console versions of the game, good.

     

    Pirating console versions of games isn't really a thing like it is on PC, and since torrented versions wouldn't be able to go online regardless, it doesn't change the piracy situation.
