    Ive got a 911 Turbo S wheel, seems perfectly fine and quite comparable to FM4 with no adjustments?

    Because it shouldnt make or break a game, especially not an arcade racer. Yes, its inexcusable to remove cockpit from a sim, even GT5 or Forza 3/4. I like the fact that apparently i'm the one that doesnt make sense here...

    I'll have you know that I do actually enjoy cockpit view, I use it and it alone in any racing game where i'm using my wheel.

    Its also that you guys are all pissy about it not being the hardcore sim that grid wasnt, yet your going to buy Forza Horizon instead.

    Theres applications for a wheel, i'd give Grid 2 a go at least with the wheel just to see how it is, but I think it'd be a controller game. As funny as it sounds, it comes across as a game thats a break from proper sims (Forza isnt a proper sim, neither is GT5 guys, try rFactor or iracing) while maintaining a real race feel.

    WOW... whingy whiney brats. So the game wont have a cockpit view. BIG DEAL, it will still have a bonnet view, and frankly, that still works for me. So the physics look arcadey, are you telling me the first game was a simulator? Please. I'm still happy its being made, would you all whinge and whine if they came out and said they were going to make it but found 95% of gamers played Forza instead so they decided not to? I think you would. Be happy Codemasters is still around at all.

    For any Aussies interested that didnt know already, EB have updated their preorders. Preorder incentives- yes, plural! wtf Australian retailers XD- are the 458 and Golf R. Preordered yesterday lol.

That 458 (road version) is so nice. Shame about the 944 you work on :( The thing that hit it, was it a commodore? Typical commodore drivers... Good shots too. edit: and i didnt realize we had any c6r/zr1r's running here? Awesome.

    MOTHER OF GOD. Thanks Milli, even harder to decide which wheels I want now, but at least my mind is set on getting one of those now :lol: Bronze wheels are a bit overdone here, white on black is hardly seen at all and it looks BOSS. Awesome photos btw :)

    I'd like to be able to pay it off over a longer period, than have to throw larger chunks of money at it. My jobs (I have 2 casual ones) dont pay me that much.

    Hm. Ok. LOL 'europe only model'- explain the 5 or 6 ive seen in Sydney then. I wish Aussie retailers would get their act together and find out what their preorder exclusive is... Went to EB and the guy I spoke to pulled a funny face when I said preorder exclusive. Figured I meant the LCE and read that back to me, had to explain what a preorder exclusive IS, then he said that there wasnt one. Facepalmed, vaguely thanked him and walked out.

    Wait... where did you guys get the idea that the Golf R is one of the pre order cars? It isnt listed on this page?

    Regardless, i'm probaby going to go for the best deal (in this case, the one at jb hi fi) and go to the other stores later in the day, say that i didnt get my pre order code and get all of them :D

    The Scion FRS is the US model though, no one else will have Scion because its a US exclusive brand, it'd make the most sense.

    I'd be disapointed if the FRS isnt in the game. If it isnt in the base game, it should be dlc, i mean... Its one of the most popular cars of the year, they cant ignore that lol.
