These win8.1/10preview have more security that give old games some problem. :susp:
i did save zip.file in another harddisk. i unzip there and copy to game folder game not run.
i do this:
- copy "tdu_client 0.03A.zip" to my Test Drive Unlimited game folder.
- unzip here
- run launcher as admin
work for me. :)
may be you can try...

New 'release' after years, finally!
1.16.3 is basically like previous one, but with fixes and integrated support for new cameras:
So you won't have to download and replace 3 files to get it properly working.
Also:
- extended cameras.bin file available, feel free to use it in your game install
- all genuine slots visible in Vehicle Manager
- removes max. speed limitations

TDUCP 2R3 is in progress still, just being slowed down by recent events in my life.
Also, I will be honnest, telling you Forza Horizon 3 grasps the few amount of time which might remain :drool:
Anyway.
I'm planning to release this in the next days, with single (but long awaited) feature that are ultimate cameras.bin with unique sets for each slot (of course including 400+ new slots brought by TDUCP).
Meaning 0-conflict-risk with camera use !
And later?
Well, I'm happy since Milli's patch will be there soon, with huge amount of features! TDU modding is still UP and that's everything counting as always. That will make you guys busy for a while, I guess.
Sooo, the bad news: TDUCP2 will not be compatible with Milli's patch. Ever. It will be time-demanding too much, involving a whole new step of testing before release - the way TDUCP is designed will break Milli's patch features probably. So don't expect a new release of 'MILLI'S PATCH FOR TDUCP' - I've removed alpha links btw.
The good news: potentially redesigning TDUCP to be more modular is in my thoughts.
This way, it would be technically possible to install only features you'd need, in a non-harmful manner, for existing game databases (including already patched ones).
Unfortunately, I could not tell you when this next-to-TDUCP2 thing would be ready ... nor if it would deserve to be called TDUCP3...

Announcement : TDUF toolset 1.8.0 now available !
So, what's new?
- DatabaseEditor: allows to import TDUMT's .pch files.
- CameraTool: copy-all-sets instruction has been removed in previous version ... copy-sets instruction was added instead.
- CameraTool: copy-set instruction won't overwrite existing camera for safety reasons.
- Library: uses newest tdumt-cli library
- Library: enhances features of common dialogs.
Fixed issues
- DatabaseEditor: fixes an error when editing resource reference
- DatabaseEditor: fixes an error when exporting partial data to TDUF patch (when lack of REF support)
- DatabaseEditor: misc fixes and performance enhancements.
Known bugs
- DatabaseEditor: browsable entries combo can't be actualized automatically after changes. Just scroll the list to update.

Chrome color is mostly because that car ID has no attached color to it on CarColors.db. Cameras are probably wrong because they got reseted, and because i've left things behind, as i didn't notice before.

When i was posting this bump, i've been looking the old comments, and now, i've managed to understand all the problems that people have been experiencing with TDU PE and Modding Tools.
That was caused by badly created vehicle slots on CarPhysicsData.db, which gave me a lot of trouble. But i found a way to fix all the TDU PE and Modding Tools problems. So, yes, this might take a long time, but hopefully it will work flawless.

@cifra , For that problem :oook: because those cars have Redline set at "0" (zero). Just add some number and you will go again.
i use 6500, 7500, 6500 rpm. you can use TDUPE or TDUMT to change these value.

Much reduced database loading times. tduf-1.5 use 10 minutes. This tduf-1.6 use 3 minutes on my good old PC with TDUCP-2.00A-BETA-7.

So, what's new?
- DatabaseTool: due to changes in library internals, please clear database cache (Advanced Settings)
- DatabaseTool: (ResourceEditor) now proposes to affect all resource locales by default, instead of only current one
- Library: major changes in database files structure to lower disk usage
- Library: misc. performance improvements
- Library: cut dependency with Google Guava Library, some required features have been imported from it
- Library: TDUMT-CLI path is now absolute, allowing to execute TDUF from any location (useful for scripting use).
Fixed issues
- DatabaseTool: fixed missing entry had no resources attached
- DatabaseTool: fixed resources entries had no value displayed
- DatabaseTool: fixed items did not appear
- DatabaseTool: removed entries were displayed still
- DatabaseTool: cloned entries could not be dipsplayed in topic link.
Known bugs
- DatabaseEditor: browsable entries combo can't be actualized automatically after changes. Just scroll the list to update.
- CameraTool: use is at your own risks still, as it may corrupt cameras.bin file.

Definitely a better compromise. I will post instructions in TDUCP Wiki on how to add/remove rims selection with TDUF :)

Actually there are only 2 kind of new slots in TDUCP, default A class and mA class. A can be switched to B .. G and mA to mB according tastes.
No need to create separate slots for classic cars.

@Leonhart, with full-patch (Beta6) i had this problem too.
i found out that beta6 all new rims (*.bnk files) are dummy with 0(zero) kbyte. just replace them and it will work. ;)
you need Tduf Database editor to delete no-use rims slot.
@djey, 2 or 3 rims per slot should enough in my opinion. :susp:
