  1. No new vehicle is free, I'm afraid. All of them cost 80 Atari points. The clothes, garage management, and fixes are free.
  2. So... basically there's nothing to get excited about. The new Official CRC Challenges are a great idea but the problem is it came too late for anybody to care. Why would they add so much furniture is beyond me. The bikes feel a wee bit heavy and unresponsive. As far as I heard they didn't fix the clutch and managed to break force feedback the along way. The cars felt a bit easier to drive but they still like to spin out in the most ridiculous ways and places. But what's the worst about this DLC? The fact that it has so few new vehicles. The Harley alone makes for one motorbike class. There's the F40 and GTO but they haven't really introduced any plausible ways of earning cash. So good luck with getting 4,5 million. I haven't seen the auction house, guess it was slated for a later date or even scrapped. If it was free it would be a great as a means of introducing new ground for upcoming DLC, otherwise? It was just not worth the wait.
  3. Wait, did it say that Big Ben Interactive acquired the Test Drive license?
  4. It's a bit like this, you get a 'big' map for each chapter of the story, you can do some quests there and as the story progresses you're forced to move on. However, depending on your choice, your next 'big map' and quests might differ. And I'm not talking about small differences, as those are extreme. About 1/3 of the game. However, they all eventually lead to a conclusion, which is influenced by your previous choices. While I may be a bit biased in my opinion, as I am a Pole, the Witcher 2 is one of the best written RPGs in a long time. The gameplay mechanics required getting used to but it's a really good game. Get it for the PC, or if the console port gets good notes (this is CDPR's first console port mind you).
  5. I'm having problems with the password. I enter it the way it's in the readme and get an extraction error. Please help. :\ Alright, I managed to do it. I had to reinstall WinRar to the newest version and then copy your nickname from here, otherwise it wouldn't work.
  6. Any chance of seeing your conversion of the Nazca C2 from TDU? :3
  7. THIS. Both are great games, I'd leave some of the physics of TDU in that 'mix' though.
  8. I'm fairly certain I've played Test Drive 4, it was fully 3d (but had no gfx acceleration)... I also played TD5's demo. Let's say I quite liked TD4 but was a bigger fan of NFS at that time.
  9. Maybe, but remember that NFS: Porsche Unleashed did pretty well for a game that was revolving around one make. Hell, people were asking EA why didn't they make another one with Lamborghini or Ferrari. The PC version of PU was probably the most ambitious and best NFS that ever came out. I even started liking Porsche after that game. If it's anything like that then I'm interested.
  10. Sexy. Standing ovation for Tool. D: Can't wait to see a Lamborghini in game (most preferably a Diablo SV ;)).
  11. Sorry, my plans changed for Sunday, so I won't be able to come. :(
  12. It seems that DLC1 has been finally released for the PS3. Ps3 Dlc1 - Test Drive Unlimited 2 Forums
  13. I'm online now if you're still up for some gaming. :)
