Perhaps you should recognize, that TDU is not a simulation, like Project Cars.
If you want correct values / behavior at all, you should move on to these games.
TDU is an arcade game, just for some fun.

You can switch rims only the hard way by exchanging the rim file in the specific rim folder.

Simply hold down the button for 'Warning flash' when the calibration box appears in the controls menu. The default button is 'Enter'.

That had to be made, because there is no opportunity to create additional car dealers and slots are limited. You have a problem, if there are way more Audis then Peugeots for example. So Milli had to choose the Peugeot dealer to show up more Audis.

That's programmed into the game, be happy, that you can win/rebuy them at least once. At the begin you couldn't win/buy a prize car, if sold, so you had bad luck in general. The only way to get more of a prize car was at the community dealer, if another player sold his. But that is offline since official servers are down.

With my G27 shifter only buttons doesn't work with my G29 in TDU1, but it does completely in TDU2, both on Win7.

Like said in the headline I have a big problem with ZModeler 2.2.6 (Build 993). It's registered on my.
When importing the TDU Ford GR-1 for example all is fine.
But when opening the Texture Manager, all thumbs and previews within there are black.
I also installed the latest DX9 and 2005 VCRedist files incl. service packs too.

This problem I don't have with ZModeler 2.2.4 by a friend.

A solution is appreciated very much.

After playing for about half hour everything become heavy lagged and if I contuniu run it like that - it freezes.

Now, I'm going to add (hopefully) some data insight about my situation.

The game was downloaded in pre-installed form and I put it in main drive, but not in the default path.

Then I downloaded pre-installed mod and I did as instructed.

Run the game for short when I realized I haven't patched it yet.

Then I copied the files from the patch as instructed.

After that I copied the HD Unlimited files to its designated directory.

After spending few hours with the game and trying less demanding HD files the results were always the same.

Oh, and I haven't really noticed any change in the visual quality between HD Unlimited, HD 500 and HD 300 (which gave me another flag that something is nor working as it should).

Not sure if it have any meaning in my situation, but I'm playing with laptop (i7-4910MQ, GTX 780M, 16GB RAM, main drive is SSD, Windows 10).

I also added game's exe to GPU settings in Nvidia Control Panel, but if haven't affected the performance in the slightest.

I dig for a bit it in the forum before posting, but couldn't find anything helpful (someone recommended to copy and paste files that included .exe from one of the folders included with the patch, but I couldn't find any of those).

 

Please, if there's anything that could make a change with my experience with the mod - let me know what could be done to improve it.

It's managed by the modder this way, mostly on Miha2795 mods I guess.
You cannot do anything about that, only the (a) modder can do ...

Just tried, no problem with fuel addon in single player mode.
Activate the speedo via F6 key to see the fuel amount.
It's about 10km per tick, new fuel at gas station via backspace key with me.

If I am right, there is only one gas station in the northern part of the island.

I don't know about xmb editing, but I always used the camera tool. I added both version, guess 1.2 is better working, cannot remember
