  1. Hey Guys - We're aware of the issue with the wrecks and hope to release a patch soon for it. Essentially, the wrecks statistics are off, which is causing your number of wrecks to display inaccurately, and sometimes unlock the Startos/Charger early.
  2. Sorry, no plans for it at this time. I already spent the licensing budget on buying a lambo for myself for research purposes. Just kidding! But in seriousness, there are no currently no official plans to add Lamborghinis to the car list.
  3. It's not delaying the release of the other platforms. Each platform will be pushed to it's appropriate next step as soon as its ready! :)
  4. Great question, Peter. Unfortunately, I don't believe there's an official way to do this. I think they're locked to a single profile. If a solution is found, it will most likely be a solution from the community.
  5. No plans to change or add slot machines right now, my friend. :)
  6. Obviously I can't endorse or support any third party tool development, but I can say that I've sent the modification info up to the developers for review. If I hear anything back I'll let you guys know. It's not on our priority list to aggressively hunt down people modding the game, but be careful and make sure that you're not doing anything that affects money, progression, or access to unintended content.
  7. It's just how the licensing works, unfortunately. Within a licensing strategy, you have to allocate your costs effectively to get the most value inside your budget. For example, it costs more to add customization for a licensed car. This is because it allows the car to be represented differently than the manufacturer might like it to be displayed. From the car company's perspective, there is less advertising potential if the car looks different than it does in commercials, and even less advertising potential if it looks ugly (i.e. if people choose ugly paint colors/sticker schemes). Due to that, the companies tend to charge more if players can modify the appearance of the car. The same goes for vehicle damage - obviously the car companies want their cars to look slick and shiny, not beat up with the fender falling off. So adding this option costs more as well. Overall, the goal for us is to give our players the maximum amount of cars, with the maximum amount of customization, that we can fit into the budget for car licensing.
  8. Yes, I can confirm. Roulette is scheduled to be enabled on consoles when the next patch (Exploration Pack, Free DLC 1) goes live.
  9. Not at the moment. The latest PC build is in QA. If it is approved then we may see it in a couple of days. The Xbox build should be submitted shortly after. There are some PS3-specific technical difficulties on the PS3 version, so there may be a delay before that version is submitted to Sony. We are working on it every day, so hopefully all three versions will be out the door soon.
  10. They went up on Saturday. Should be good to go. :)
  11. Thanks for the info guys. Can't escalate this one as-is just yet; seems like there are a few possibilities regarding what's going on, but unless there are specific steps to reproduce the issue in a given situation, it sounds like an expected limitation of the engine. Sorry that it's annoying - let me know if you guys come up with any other data on this.
  12. I just have to say that I'm really thankful that you read and post stuff here too, don't really want to go to the official forums as there are people making 4 page complaints about one detail in one car being wrong...so thank you so much! :)

    1. Wait - couches are not the top priority!?!?!?!!?! ::runs back to the blackboard and quickly erases all the development plans:: In seriousness, we are actively working on improving the support for wheels and handling in general. Right now nothing has been officially announced or confirmed yet, but it is being worked on internally and we hope we have the opportunity to share it with the community. A lot of developments are being done to improve the game based on community feedback, but the situation is a bit sticky in the sense that a.) we can't formally announce things until they are officially confirmed across all channels: PR, marketing, development, publishing, first party (sony/microsoft) and b.) things take time - lots of it! Approval processes take longer and longer each passing year, it's just the way the business evolves, so please be patient while we push things through all the appropriate channels. ;) So, we're doing everything we can on the community/development end to keep things moving forward in the direction that our fans want to go, but unfortunately the process takes time and it will be a while before we can officially confirm the news you want to hear. :)
    2. Thanks for the heads up. I'll take a look.
