guys, please explain me, where is that new traffic? i installed this patch (i had 1.66A) but i see no difference - the same old traffic cars, nothing new. so, whats the poblem?

i am sorry for a dumb question but still - if i install that sunset weather, is it going to be all the time like that? i mean, it wont change?
