you're right, but we still pay the same amount of money no matter if it's atari or ea, so there's no excuse here for atari or eden.

You're definitely right there.

I don't think it's fair to release an unrefined experience then rely on the DLC to make it playable, cash constraints or not.

I can't help but feel that this game hasn't been able to hit the high points it's capable of due to simply the companies involved.

A bankrupt publisher trusting an upstart developer with an idea that, when last tried, was largely ignored but had a small but devoted fanbase?
