TDU2 Furniture is better than anything that came or will come with Forza 4.

My profile was clear. I bought all DLC items, and i never cheated. Only left few old mods (NDD, Ignition mode, Chrome MOD, StickerShopUnlocker) and few new, modding ability under testing like Clutch for Sequential Gears, Dashboards Backlights, Lazydriver, and next Community Patch (LOL) etc...

The modding without hacking or testing is impossible, - and offline mode not enough all case - ex. NDD - because we worked without any source code. We working here - an open public forum - and nothing was secret - eg. Speeder open a poll "What would be useful for the Community Patch v0.2".

Currently i don't know what will be the result of investigation for my key and acc , because the customer support service still checking my keys (3 days ago).

One thing is certain:

I would never buy a new key or a game again from this company.

Some people have already indicated that it will help us in obtaining new keys. I realy realy appreciate this, but i think in current situation this is not enough. I don't want making any mods, which may be hazardous to users. We need cooperating with ATARI - and they approve - what mod is allowed and what is not - like an appstore -, but I do not see any hope...

From the attached image you're showing it looks like you are in the same boat as others regarding an Invalid Product Key.

I don't give a penny for this company, if it is stolen my 900 tokens and banned my key without any reason.

@tomsolo: there is still something we could do to finish Atari, I think you know what I am talking about. :D

But the problem how i don't know what was the reason of banning, because i never cheated on crc races or stakes and so the modding stays only. If this was the reason, then Diablo can close whole TDU2 modding shop, cause all modders and users - who's playing a modded game - be the next victim.

It is also possible that this is a mistake, because my key just an "invalid product key" (one years old key LOL) and I didn't get any message like "Account banned". Atari has requested that I send out all the evidence which indicates that the game is mine.

Well don't try anything unscrupulous or create tools that allow certain unlocks and such and you should be fine, but if they have done it because you are improving the game in a short time compared to the official developers then that could come back to bite them hard.

Yeah bite is hard. I got "answer" for my ticket: they banned my key too (with 900 atari tokens on my account) - imho their eyes in I'm a public enemy like a cheater "Mostransavto" - and ATARI had always been good communication. :)

So then here is the end and please admins delete my all mods and tutorials*** and let us see what doing/fixing ATARI/EDEN with next DLC2 without me. Good luck to them!

Not too hard, just tricky. I used a hexeditor and this is a simple material settings. The luminisecent color is changeable, here is the gtr example:

The "light" use the map's levels (power and clip) .

Seems is possible using another method, and the whole map wil be luminesecent I working on just need more investigation.

I bought all the DLC cars and in last year april/may and left ~900 ATARI token - and i was very happy when first hear EXPLO dlc pack. Explo DLC released on summer and i ONCE - just again: O N C E - drove a ZR1 or Black Mercedes in golden bomb missions and never again. I can't buy these cars, because DLC2 is coming, bike is coming and other similar sh*ts is coming: like ATARI,PATCHA, or Privileges clothes. (I was very tired when made the HIDDEN CLOTHES videos, but i think don't be hard find some "new" furnitures, what coming is with next DLC.)

Now what I think about ATARI and EDEN?

This is an evil combo. An dumbass company with a liar, lame "developer" team. We reported a frondtend bug - users can accidentaly mixing the crc's results - send tickets, private messages on official forum, demonstration video with precise instructions how triggered the bug and and nothing happened. Since then, I know no nothing developer team - did you notice that they never say names, just faceless nicknames? (eg. Jean-luck Hardass - main developer instead of Mattlab) - because no one does anything. The official forum using this icon, and very ridiculous how there never write a real developer except when he organized a strike.

I laughed out loud when I used the reported frontend bug and buy first Hawaii t-shirts and Beta Jackets.

but heres my issue:

 

i finished my enzo sound mod recently for tdu2

after having all the samples done i want to raise the volume of the sound .... i mean by raising the volume incar the sound will become even more realistic

 

but i open hex editor and in the search button i write for example :

 

8F C2 F5 .... and it says no string found

 

So how do edit the volume of the sound ?

8F C2 F5 ... is not a string is a hexadecimal float (hex array). If you know what value you want to search, change format to hex array in search field.

Floats where value is between 0-1.0 is a something controll values, like volume - 0 mute 1.0 full 0.5 half (if linear). (Was just a tipp.)

Other floats like 4001.5 or 8000.3 maybe a frequency or timing/ delay values.

Does a single value raises all the samples or just one ?

I don't think so. I made some quick investigation for sounds xmb files* and seems have a strict stucture.

1. VST panels and parameters + values (seems hard as diamond)

2. Named sounds - like event triggered, turbo, door open etc - and paramaters/values.

3. Car speed sounds - like an array, but seems blocks structure is similar as named sounds.

I think all sounds have own values like timing, volume, delay etc.

How to modify?

Trial and error. Just choice an value and replace to something else and test. If you succesful detect what does the value, just note the environment (offsets, count, address whatever) because next block or file will be easier.

If you want hacking xmb files - don't need unpacking bnk, because bnk just a container file format. Open directly with an hexeditor and find where start the xmb files and try changing the values.

*The xmb files is a memory template or very similar thing. If you can manage values in memory you can manage xmb files too, because these values and structure is same / or similar.

I started this project today, hope i can reach the target soon.

This is a test for fixing TDU2 bad gearbox/transmission management.

In test, use automatic/sequential transmission and try override an actual gear position and lock (like a h-shifter).

The main target, fixing 7th gear problem for H-Shifter and try adding Clutch feature for sequential transmission - or other goodies like tempomat or Nth gear for automatic transmission. The project status is very, very alpha and title is just a working title.
