You can find those on google, i suppose. The location is the same as base TDU.
 

If you followed the process of installation correctly, it should work. If it doesn't, i can't really help.  There is a video on the first page, on this thread.
 

Try removing the compability mode.
 

Connection only matters in free-roam. For events, the traffic won't be affected by your connection.

Yes they are, and they can't because each TDU tuning shop has a limit of 8 brands per shop. If it's not listed, it has that bug you're getting. Will be fixed in the next update, so, it won't even get in the shop.

Guys,since 2007 that i play tdu 1 without no problem

until yesterday!

Cuz hdd problems i needed to install the game all over again.

And i did it,

installed patch 1.66

mega pack (Required for some mods)

and after 1.68b

then..

tryied to install ferrari 458 italia by TDUZoqqer

and some other.

And Here we go!

Completely stuck!

You can't install mods, because you don't have the mega pack installed.

But wait a second.

I'm not stupid i have the mega pack installed.

tried other mods.. but nothing i find always that problem..
